A generally positive stay

The hotel enjoys a great location. The reception staff answered questions clearly. The room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good enough.
The bathroom was very dirty, and mould was on the walls. I think that is not possible to consider four stars. I'm very disappointed with the cleaning of my room. They should look better housekeeping department, because isn't effective. More attention please!

Excellent Hotel Close to Transportation

The hotel is near the Friedrichstrasse station. Transportation access to the entire city is convenient. I found a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies within a short walk. Museum Island, Reichstag, and Brandenburg Gate are within walking distance. The staff was helpful and allowed early check-in after my long travels.
The fitness center is small. It does not adequately accommodate a workout. The marketing should not promote this location based on its fitness.

The reception was efficient. Staff booked visits upon request. The staff who spoke Polish was beneficial as they helped with many things I was curious about.

Breakfast had diverse options including gluten-free choices. They offered plant-based milks, typical English breakfast items and various teas. Guests declining housekeeping services each day can enjoy a drink at the bar.
